1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Tadabbur mobile application ("App") or accessing the Tadabbur website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Tadabbur is a language learning application designed to help users learn Quranic Arabic vocabulary through interactive flashcards, spaced repetition, and progress tracking. The Service may include both free and paid features.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Subscription and Payments
Tadabbur offers a subscription-based service with the following terms:
- Subscription pricing is displayed within the app and on our website at the time of purchase
- New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period as indicated at signup
- Payment is processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe depending on your platform
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings or the billing management portal
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable app store policies
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content
- Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
6. Intellectual Property
All content in the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Tadabbur or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. The Quranic text itself is in the public domain.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tadabbur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
